RN2 Media provides creative and digital solutions, including but not limited to:

  • eBook Design & Digital Publications

  • Advertising & Marketing Creatives

Some services, such as Interior Design Consultation, are available only upon request and after determining the scope of work.

2. User Responsibilities

By engaging with our services, you agree that:

  • You will provide accurate and necessary information required for project completion.

  • You will not use our services for illegal, unethical, or offensive purposes.

  • You will respect intellectual property rights and not distribute or modify our work without permission.

  • You will adhere to agreed project timelines and communicate any necessary revisions promptly.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments must be made as per the agreed terms before the final delivery of the project.

  • If applicable, partial upfront payments may be required before project commencement.

  • Due to the nature of digital and creative services, refunds are not provided once work has begun.

  • In case of project cancellation, a cancellation fee may apply based on the progress of the work.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All custom work created by RN2 Media (logos, branding, graphics, website designs, etc.) is the property of RN2 Media until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership rights for final deliverables are transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.

  • RN2 Media retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.

5. Revisions & Project Timelines

  • Each project includes a specified number of revisions, as outlined in the service agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

  • Clients must provide timely feedback to avoid project delays.

  • Any changes beyond the original scope may require additional fees and extended timelines.

6. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

  • RN2 Media may use third-party tools, plugins, and software to enhance service quality. We are not responsible for any technical issues, security risks, or updates related to these third-party services.

  • Clients using third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, social media platforms, advertising tools) are responsible for complying with their respective terms and conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • RN2 Media is not liable for any losses, damages, or legal issues arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to:

    • Business disruptions, data loss, or decreased website performance.

    • Social media account suspensions due to third-party policies.

    • Misuse of delivered content by the client or third parties.

  • While we ensure high-quality service, we do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or engagement levels.

8. Confidentiality

  • We respect client confidentiality and will not share private project details with third parties without consent.

  • However, publicly shared work (e.g., published designs, live websites, social media posts) may be used in our portfolio.

9. Termination of Services

RN2 Media reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if:

  • A client engages in fraudulent, unethical, or abusive behavior.

  • Payments are not made as per the agreed terms.

  • The project requirements change beyond the agreed scope without mutual agreement.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation first, failing which they will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City/State].
